Dinoflagellates
I wrote this program for a thesist and it has been shown on the 24th Mar 2004 at the Geology University in Naples. It's an archive for a particual species of fossils, with advanced search & sort functions and a wizard to help the researcher find out the correct dating of the samples analyzed with the microscope. This is not a conventional program since it's not made of a standard main window, a menu, dialogs and so on; it's a full-screen application featuring a custom graphical user interface and uses Microsoft® DirectX technology (the same used in videogames!) to add special graphics effects.
